Drones offer great potential both privately and commerciallyh . More and more people are using them. The more drones soar, the greater the risk of collisions, crashes or accidents. Clear rules are therefore necessary for the use of drones in order to open up opportunities for drone technology and at the same time to significantly increase safety in the airspace.

- Anyone who only lets their flying object fly on a model airfield can do it unchanged. The new rules only apply outside of model airfields. The only exception: you have to attach a sticker with the name and address of the owner.
... for owners of drones or model airplanes weighing more than 0.25 kilograms
